3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the pro178 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pro178 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions associated with them.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are responsible for updating this information promptly if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pro178 Login username and password. pro178 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify pro178 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.4 No Account Transfers. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights therein to any third party. Any such attempted transfer is void and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pro178 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Funds balance (after deduction of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.
pro178 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time at pro178's discretion.
4.1 Required Documents. Members may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM); a recent bank statement or utility bill confirming Indonesian residential address; and, where payment has been made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja), confirmation of e-wallet account ownership.
4.2 Processing Time. pro178 will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documentation. During peak periods, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Chinese New Year (Imlek), processing may take longer. Members will be notified by email of the outcome.
4.3 Withdrawal Hold. Withdrawals will be held in a pending state until KYC verification is successfully completed. pro178 will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing that arises from a Member's failure to provide complete and legible documentation in a timely manner.
4.4 Failure to Verify. If a Member fails to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the initial request, pro178 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality on the Account and, after a further 30-day notice period, to return deposited Real Funds to the original payment source and close the Account.
All financial transactions on the pro178 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pro178 does not impose currency conversion fees. Approved payment methods include bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI; e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and QRIS instant payment.
5.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit amounts per transaction may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. pro178 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and QRIS are credited to the Member's Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt into the pro178 designated bank account, typically within 1–15 minutes during banking hours (WIB).
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 hours of submission during standard operating hours (WIB). Requests submitted during Indonesian public holidays or bank maintenance windows may experience additional processing delays. pro178 will notify affected Members via the registered contact email.
5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. pro178 does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets. This policy is a mandatory anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering control.
5.5 Transaction Disputes. Members who believe a deposit has not been credited or that a withdrawal has not been received must contact pro178 customer support within 7 days of the transaction date, providing the transaction reference number, amount, date, and payment method. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated.
pro178 offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback programmes, reload bonuses, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion.
6.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; and certain speciality games such as togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and virtual sports may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
6.2 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any given time. Activating a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing bonus will result in forfeiture of the first bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonus Validity Period. All bonuses have an expiry date from the time of crediting, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that remain incomplete at expiry will be removed from the Account balance automatically.
6.4 Abuse and Fraud. pro178 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using a single game or low-risk strategy to farm turnover, collusion between accounts to satisfy wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and any form of arbitrage wagering. Where abuse is detected, pro178 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and permanently suspend the Member's Account without prior notice.
6.5 Pro178's Rights. pro178 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of such changes constitutes acceptance.
All bets placed on the pro178 Platform — whether on the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel markets, or esports — are subject to the following general betting rules. Category-specific rules (for example, sportsbook settlement rules, live casino rules, or slot game RTP disclosures) are published within the respective game or product lobby and form part of these Terms by incorporation.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by pro178. pro178 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed the applicable stake limit, bets placed after an event has commenced where late bet acceptance is not offered, and bets placed where a technical error has produced an incorrect price or odds.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by sport, game type, and market. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. pro178 may apply individual Member-level stake restrictions where warranted by that Member's betting patterns, without any obligation to provide a reason.
7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by pro178 in the event of: an event being cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play to produce a result; a manifestly incorrect price being offered due to a system or human error; or force majeure events preventing the resolution of the market. Void bets are settled at the original stake, with no winnings or losses applied.
7.4 Final Settlement. All sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for Indonesian football, FIFA for international competitions, BWF for badminton). In the event of a discrepancy between real-time data feeds and the official declared result, the official declared result shall prevail for settlement purposes.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 10.1 Maximum Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, pro178's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 Platform Availability. pro178 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or error. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by pro178 is governed by the pro178 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with its terms.
In summary, pro178 collects personal data necessary for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the improvement of Platform services. pro178 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers directly involved in Platform operations (including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game studios) under strict data processing agreements.
pro178 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made — for example, a change to deposit limits, wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — pro178 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notice published on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, via email to registered Members.
Your continued use of the pro178 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 3.5.
The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page shall be the governing version at any given time.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pro178 holds its operating licence. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in Indonesia that cannot be excluded by contract.
13.1 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the pro178 customer support channel. Where negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
13.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms entirely, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
13.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the pro178 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and pro178 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
